I’m a massive Joseph Paintsil fan. A MASSIVE fan. I started follwing him during his time in Genk. His speed, dribbling, finishing, and creativity are so much fun to watch. So needless to say, I lost my mind when the Galaxy signed him. After chatting with him for 5-10 minutes pregame, I found that the dude really is amazing. It’s rarely good to meet players you like as they usually just disappoint, but JP is an amazing dude.

So you can imagine I about had a coronary when he tossed me his jersey coming off the field at halftime. JP made my dreams come true.

Riqui is one of the best number 10s and best pure chance creators in MLS history. His passing, vision, and awareness alone are worth tuning in for. This was a pickup from Fanatics and their game used jersey sale.

The Sheffield United legend came over on loan for the last part of the LA Galaxy season. He scored 2 goals and 1 assist in 164 minutes over 4 matches. I was hesitant to get this wondering if it would actually be game worn with so few appearances. However, there is still a dirt stain on the jersey taht helped to alleviate my fears.

Douglas Costas time with LA Galaxy was best summed up by the word disappointment. The Brazilian star had high expectations coming in, as one would expect for a former Juventus and Bayern Munich player. However the winger played only 33 games over the course of 2 seasons and chipped in 5 goals in MLS play. Still, it is neat to own a game used shirt of such a highly gifted player who has done it at the highest levels.

An awesome jersey to add of a guy who was really fun to watch play. The Frenchmens quick dribbling and playmaking made for some entertaining moments. I forgot about this jersey a lot, for some reason it looks like a training top and my mind jumps to it being that. Which is funny, because I don’t own a training top, so why my mind jumps there I have no idea.
